Site Manager
RETROTECH, Inc. is a nationally recognized leader in Automated Warehouse Systems and Modernizations. The job of Site Manager/Liaison is to oversee the installation and coordination of all site specific duties necessary for a successful implementation of material handling systems at customer sites throughout North America.

Field Requirements:
- Ability to travel and remain on job sites up to 90% of the time throughout North America. Duration on the site is usually 30 days before a trip home is scheduled.
- Solid mechanical & electrical skills are a must.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision/Excellent problem solving skills
- Work in a team environment/strong communication skills
Software Application Knowledge

- Operating Systems – Windows
- Desktop Software – Word, Excel, Projects and Outlook
- R/S Logix
- SyteLine Business System
Responsibilities:
Job Site Duties:
- Work with Retrotech Project Manager and team members to supervise the installation of material handling systems.
- Maintain a safe and efficient job site/weekly safety meetings.
- Accountable for site budget and costs.
- Coordinate all shipments, material deliveries, and supplies needed to the job site.
- Coordinate project scheduling and provide weekly reports to the Project Manager.
- Set up and maintain field office during the site operation and start-up process.
- Manage site labor hours, approve time sheets and schedule work.
- Conduct inspections while the contractors are working.
- Set up and manage sub-contractors effectively.
- Support customer acceptance phase of projects.
- Train the customer in equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ability to safely climb ladders and navigate narrow elevated catwalks.
- Various in-house duties as needed.
